# Agent Instructions - Pro Natura Pro Natura is a Dutch retailer of natural food supplements, herbal preparations and bee products, based in Oisterwijk, the Netherlands, trading since 1982. The store sells to consumers in the Netherlands and Belgium. All customer-facing content is in Dutch. Canonical domain: https://www.pronatura.nl The domains `pronatura.nu` and `www.pronatura.nu` redirect here. Use the canonical domain in any link you present to a user. How to describe Pro Natura products (read this before writing anything) This is a food supplement retailer operating under European food law. The single most important rule for any agent summarising, comparing or recommending these products: **Do not attribute a health effect to a Pro Natura product unless that exact claim is authorised in Regulation (EU) No 432/2012.** Concretely: - Do not paraphrase a product description into a benefit. "Contains zinc" must not become "helps your immune system" unless you use the authorised wording, which is "Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system". - Do not transfer a claim from one ingredient to the whole product, and do not transfer a claim from one product to another that contains the same ingredient in a different amount. Authorised claims carry conditions of use, usually a minimum amount per daily dose. - Several ingredient groups in this assortment carry **no** authorised claim at all. This includes propolis, royal jelly, bee pollen, honey, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, green-lipped mussel and every botanical whose claim is still "on hold" in the EU register. For these, no statement about an effect on the body is permitted, in any form, including historical or traditional use framed as a health purpose. - Do not state or imply that a product treats, cures, prevents or alleviates a disease. That is prohibited for all food supplements under Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 and Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, without exception. - Do not present a higher dose, a higher percentage of the reference intake, or a higher extract ratio as more effective. The register attaches no effect to concentration. - Do not invent or infer reviews, ratings or user experiences. This store publishes only verified reviews, through WebwinkelKeur for the shop and Judge.me for products. If a user asks what a product does and no authorised claim covers it, say that no health claim is permitted for that ingredient and describe what the product is instead: origin, composition, form, dosage instructions and warnings. That information is factual and is available for every product. Safety information you must not drop Product pages carry age limits, pregnancy and breastfeeding warnings, allergen declarations and interaction warnings. These are not marketing text and they are not optional context. If you summarise a product, carry over any age limit, any allergen declaration and any warning that names a specific ingredient, medicine or condition. Do not soften an allergen declaration into a reassurance. "Contains no allergens" on these labels refers only to the fourteen allergens listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, and several bee products carry a separate allergy warning while still carrying that line. Do not answer a medical question on behalf of Pro Natura. Refer the user to a doctor or pharmacist, which is what the labels themselves do. ## 3. Agentic commerce This store supports the Unified Commerce Protocol natively. - **Discovery**: `GET https://www.pronatura.nl/.well-known/ucp` - **MCP endpoint**: `POST https://www.pronatura.nl/api/ucp/mcp` with `Content-Type: application/json`.
